What does this service do and how can it help you?
When you create a digital work —a text, a guide, an image, a song or a piece of code— the most important thing is being able to prove that you made it before anyone else.
This service lets you register a technical proof of authorship: fast, private and with no need to go through official registries or complex legal processes.
What we do is generate a unique digital fingerprint (hash) of your file and record it on a public, immutable network called blockchain. Specifically, on the Bitcoin network.
That fingerprint doesn’t contain or reveal the contents of your file, but it does serve as objective proof that the work existed in your possession on a specific date.
You’ll receive a signed certificate that you can verify at any time.
Does it have legal validity?
📌 In Spain, simply creating an original work automatically grants you the copyright to it. You don’t need to register it for those rights to exist.
🔒 However, if a dispute arises, you’ll need solid proof showing that you created it before anyone else. This service provides that proof through an electronic timestamp recorded on a public blockchain.
⚙️ We use technology based on public blockchain, using electronic timestamps. We are not a qualified TSA, but we offer a technical proof with legal value as an indication of prior existence.

Article 41.1: An electronic timestamp shall not be denied legal effect and admissibility as evidence in legal proceedings solely on the grounds that it is in electronic form.

Are your files or works shared?
No. At no point is your file uploaded to our servers or sent over the internet.

🔐 This fingerprint cannot be used to reconstruct or access the original content of your work.

How to register your work
To keep your work safe and leave a clear record of authorship, follow these steps before submitting it:
1. Gather everything you want to protect
Collect all the files related to your work in one folder: documents, images, audio tracks, code, sketches or any other content.
2. Add the ownership manifest
Add a text file called manifiesto.txt inside that folder. It’s a statement of authorship that must include:

- ✔️ A brief description of the content
- ✔️ Date of creation or completion (optional)
- ✔️ Contact email (optional)
- ✔️ Any other useful reference

3. Create a .ZIP or .RAR file
Compress the whole folder (work + manifest) into a single file. Valid examples:

4. Upload that single file to our form
That file is the one we’ll use to generate the digital fingerprint (hash).
- 🔒 The content is not uploaded to our servers.
- 📦 The hash represents the entire package.
- 📝 Keep an untouched copy: if you modify it, the hash will change.
5. Make the payment and receive your certificate
- Click the “Generate” button.
- You’ll be redirected to secure payment.
- Once completed, the hash will be recorded on the blockchain.
- You’ll receive a PDF and proof of registration with:

Un timestamp en blockchain es un sello de tiempo digital e inmutable que certifica que una obra existía en una fecha concreta sin revelar su contenido. La marca se ancla en la red Bitcoin y no se puede falsificar.
Tu archivo nunca sale de tu dispositivo. Calculamos una huella (hash) localmente y solo esa huella, irreconstruible, se registra en la blockchain. Tu contenido permanece privado y bajo tu control.
Sí. El marco eIDAS (UE 910/2014) y la Ley 6/2020 permiten la validez de la prueba electrónica; un timestamp aporta evidencia técnica de anterioridad de un documento en una fecha determinada.
PI tiene presunción legal y trámites formales. El timestamp es una prueba técnica inmediata, privada y económica: rápido (minutos), sin suscripciones y útil como respaldo probatorio.
